documents for transmission

Dear members,

A person has died on 27.07.2007 , he is holding shares in 7 to 8 companies
....now his shares will be transmiited to his legal heirs.. n in this case needs
to be transferred to his wife only ..n he has 4 daughters..... and theya re all residing in four differnt cities


i wanted to know wat all documents are required exactly...as per studied my me
transmission application and NOC from all legal heirs i.e his 4 daughters is
sufficient????

and we cant submit succession certificate or letter of from administration
....soo do i need to submit an indemnity bond and affidavit for the non
submission of the succession certificate or letter of administration ....or jus
the transmission aplication along with the NOC's is sufficient...

Please make me clear exactly wat all documents required.....

please tell me the easiest way to complete teh transmission

because affidavit and indemnity bond n all needs to be executing whi is gonna require stamp duty and will increase the expenditure

you are right but indemntiy bond and affidavit both requiers by different companies.

also death certificate required.

so i cant skip on indemnity bond and affidavit...thank u

ya listed companies requiere indemnity bond and affdavit generally. first communicate with company and ask about their requirement and do accordingly.
