disq will be removed only after 5 years
we have to file Inc 22a ... the companies in which he is director the status of his shown as disqualified ... so how can we file Inc 22 a

as per section 167 office of director is become vacant if disq u/s 164(2) attract,So he is disq in all other companies.So you have to appoint new director and than file INC22a

If he is disqualified there is no chance of filing DIR 12 as his DIN is deactivated and hence DIR KYC filing is also not possible. If DIR KYC is not filed, then DIR 12 cannot be filed, only solution is to file a writ in the HC and obtain relief. No other go.
