I have query regarding disclosure of interest u/s 184 of the Company Act 2013
in this section it talk about director only,so for CS and CFO of the company is required to give disclosure in form MBP-1 ....even they are KMP of the company as per section 203?
please clarify this

May be CS & CFO are not required to give disclosure in form MBP-1.
CS and CFO are not required to give MBP-1. Its only meant for the directors..as it is disclosure of directors interest

As the Section 184 implies only disclosure of interest in which the Directors are interested. so only the Directors are required to give the disclosure of interest.
