But I SUggest to pst your Quary In Expert Section they defined clearly
According to me CA is not complusory for appoiting as a Dorector. The person can be appointed as a director.
yes, definately a person can become Director of d company....:)
Companies act specifies only disqualification ...
there is no such requirements for a directors to have this or that education qualification/s
