go to any ca branch and ask for a copy of recent case laws for direct & indirect tax. its of Rs.40 only.

institute provides a book 4 dat.. visit any branch. dey have it...
Is it available in any book shop bcoz i'm from the city not having any ca branch

dont know abt dat. but its better u go wid d institute case laws buk if u can
others may provide many cases.....
instead if sumone has paduka of income tax u can get xerox d fast track referencer of dat buk..
it has mention of imp. case laws .
