is filing of DIR 3, 12 and 3C still required?

Yes you need to file dir 3 say in a case where you need to add new director in existing co. & he does not have a DIN.

DIR 3C still required, Plz go through rule 10A of Companies appointment and qualification of directors rules, 2014
dir 3C not required for new companies. It is required only for companies who have directors on board before June 2006 & still not filed 3c.
