and
what we will included in shareholder fund ....
is net worth or shareholder fund are same ..

Equity share capital+Reserve &surplus - Fictitious assets =Equityshareholders fund + Pref share capital =Equity + long term loan=Capital employed

Or Asset side approach =Net fixed assets + Current assets + trade investment=total assets - current liab =Capital employed -long term loan=Equity -pref share capital=Equity shareholders fund
