Diff btwn Parternship Deed and Partnership Agreement

partnership deed is nothing but only written document with name share ratio etc

Thanks. I know what partnership deed is. I am not able to understand what the difference between the partnership deed and the partnership agreement.

uh.. my frnd has taken my cpt book ...i forgot the defn

may be its promis and acceptance for partnership is called partnership agreement

and which is written in paper is called deed...sory for ambigious answer....

Partnership Agreement is a written documents in which partners are mutully agreed terms of partnership business like ditribution of profits and losses between/amoung partners. 

Once this agreement is registered it become Partnership DEED and it is enforceable by law.
