can any1 makr me underdtand shareholer concept
I knw who are they but are shareholdee necessaey for private co.
next ques
I havr read that it is necesaary to call shareholder meeting
but sometime co. have 200 shareholder do all are called in shareholder meeting
in public co. whorver buy share becomes shareholder are all I them called for gm .

well its a good question.... ofcourse not all share holders cant attend the general meeting there rights are divided in 3 ways like individual sh holder,majority sh holder,minority sh holder & also there certain classes of share holder having the right to attend the meeting. MAY be some holders of company may attend the meeting by way of PROXY introduced.

yes laws are laws every member can appoint proxy whether it is public or private or listed or unlisted....

and private company cant issue shares at public so......

pvt ltd company It has share holders with limited liability and its shares may not be offered to the general public, unlike those of a public limited company. the anwser is yes however pvt companies where minimum number of members is two and maximum number is two hundred.

well first of all you have to visit MCA portal there you have to submit relevant documents like your pan card,educational certificates etc for getting a DIN (director identification number) which contents 8digit number . for more info you may call DIN Cell : 7088600091, 7088600092, 7088600093 or may call MCA corporate customer service care or mail your queries there,which is easily available on website.
