hi jothi .. law n audit better u follow institute material thoroughly .. for direct tax wud suggggest u to take coachng if not possible than refer gupta & ahuja book applicable for june 2013 exam.  for direct tax five heads on income and wealth tax needs to be given utmost importance .. strict study regime is mantra to qualify :)
