depend on ROC documents filed like MOU that may through light
when any company is registered under companoes Act 1956 that company files all returns to ROC after registration with ROC, AS as no public Ltd co can function with ROC registration in the periods u mentioned, sp u can get yout desited infprmayion as documents filed with ROC are public dociments, so the company is called public ltd company!
This company is a public limited company and MCA.gov.in is not showing information of Directors / Signatories as the company is under dormant.
