One of our client company being private company has five directors, company status is active but all the directors are directors in defaulting company so that company cannot file any forms with ROC since system will not accept DSC of directors, who are directors in defaulting companies.
Even to file DIR-12 for appointing other director, who is not director in defaulting companies aWlso system will not accept form.
Directors cannot make annul filing of defauting company since it in disputes and cases are pending with CLB.
Can any one advise how to resolve this issue, atleast filing DIR 12 with ROC to appoint another person, who is not director in defaulting company to enble company to forms.
