I have a small query that while filing a service tax return of clearing forwading agent or custom house agent ,the debit note issued by them of reimbursment of shipping line charges should be shown as Recipt under pure agent in service tax return or not?

Yes, it is to be shown as Pure agent - reimbusement in service tax return. This will also helps in claiming benefits under Rule 6(3), else it will be considered as exempt service and the ratio of taxable to total turnover will get reduced.
