My client is a company listed in BSE at present trading in securities is suspended on account of violation of clauses of listing agreement. Please tell me how to get the company delisted immideately.

Hi, you can delist the company only after the violations due to which the company has been suspended has been complied with. Thus, first the company needs to comply with the violations and then it can go for voluntary delisting as per the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
