what will be the csr committee composition for a private company, which is not required to appoint an independent director.
The private company had more than two directors, in this case the csr committee will limit with two directors or it Should appoint more than two directors.

if it is not reqd to have independent director, then need not to have such director in the committee
and where the Pvt company is having only 2 dir, then it need form committee with such director only

I think the wording are " atleast 2 dir"
exception given is-
when there is 2, u can limit 2
so it may be not possible to restrict to 2 ,if u already have more than it..
