These 2 links should clear all your concerns for the markings.

Yes switched to new cleared drafting tax as exemption in old so only advanced company law and in place of sm itsa is to b cleared

if u have read these 2 links u would understand that "Info tech system audit" itsa is exempted Suo moto by ICSI and in place of SMAIT u have to give elective paper.
so u have to appear 2 papers I.e. advanced company law and elective paper selected by you and not itsa.
and while appearing in these papers u have to manage 100(50%) out of 200 and no reqt of individual 50 in each. needless to say minimum 40. Even u don't have to ensure the 50% of respective module where your pending subjects fall. just manage 100 and that's all.
read the notification. they have mentioned an example.

Thank you so much sir that means only 2 papers I have to appear to clear cs final. Thank you.

Sir kindly suggest me whether I can do idt of ca final on my own without any classes n is bangar the best to rely on

just one request to make. and fyi I cleared my CS in last result. So no "Sir" please.
And r u appearing for CA this time. like exam tomorrow right ???

Yes but unprepared for 2 group so giving as to know paper pattern

Well for the first time I bought bangar but didn't find comfortable. I did Yashvant mangal classes when I cleared group 2. But IDT paper is largely structural. Means u can estimate the kind of questions which would come.

Q1 numericals mostly based on valuation concepts(for all 3 Acts) + SSI & CCR for excise and Warehousing(Customs).
Q2 and Q3 are mostly numericals as well.
Q4 is Case laws based.
Q5-Q7 are more on theoretical front but includes practical concepts as well (Not numericals).
Amendments are spread all over 7 questions either by way of few adjustments or sometimes a full 4-5 marks question straight from amendment.
And one full question of 16Mks can be expected based solely on Amendments.

For Q1 sums do PM thoroughly and for Case laws u have a book (incl RTP cases) but start with ST then customs and last excise.
Amendments have to be done properly and atleast read concepts wrt which Amendments have come.
Rest is how well u know the curriculum.
That's all.
