I am CA final suppose i register for CS
1) Whether i have to submit form 112 to ICAI?
2)Again i have to undergo 1.5 years tarining under CS or my 3.5 years CA articleship will be considerd..?

yes you should be file form 112.
ca articleship is not considered in cs.
But Mr. Ravindra, i have heard that we get an exemption in CS articleship if we do it along CA.
no not any exemption even u r a qualified CA....
ya qualified student doesnt haevv any exemption but an undergoing article trainee has....
Your articleship will not be considered for CS training but after articleship your job experience will be counted for exemption and more than three year experience will give you complete exemption from training subject to your exposure of work in secretarial, leagal and finance.
