Friends I am doing Bcom. From DU (Corresponds) & This year i.e 2011 , I have to appear in Bcom. Final year Which results Is going to be out in Nov. 2011, But I want to Go Do CS (inter) Direct admission after Graduation. But I have to appear in Bcom Final in may 2011.
CAN I TAKE ADMISSION IN CS (INTER) BEFORE 28 FEB 2011& APPEAR IN DEC 2011 CS EXAM !!
in my view you can't do so........ u have to first complete ur graduation to get direct admission in CS inter..
provisional admission is not allowed in CS inter.........

no u cant...u need to have ur graduation marksheets(all semesters/years) to take admission into CS Exec

Career as a Company Secretary is not only prestigious and financially rewarding but also carries with it a high degree of job satisfaction.
There are three stages to be pursued to qualify as a Company Secretary:-
The cut off date for admission to Foundation Course is 31st March/30th September while for Intermediate course the cut off date is 28th February/31st August.
· For Foundation Course the minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent in any stream except Fine Arts.
For Intermediate Course the minimum qualification is CS Foundation Pass or Graduation in any discipline, Arts/Science/Commerce except Fine Arts.

if ur a foundation pass student, following documents are required:
1) ur foundation pass certificate / marksheet attested copy
2) 3 passport size photographs
3) 10 th and 12th marksheets attested.
if ur a graduate then:
1) 10th adn 12th marksheets attested
2) ur graduation marksheets attested
3) provisional degree certificate / degree certificate (altho written in the prospectus they did not ask me any of those actually, but u will be required to submit the documents in original at the time of application of membership)
4) 3 passport size photographs attested
the attestation can be done by either a notary/ practicing CA's CS's CWA's / etc
all such info is available in the prospectus

and about the payment, i think for a graduate the fees is Rs. 7750 for non commerce graduates and 7000 for commerce. the payment is strictly by Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’ payable at New Delhi...
altho the prospectus could be purchased for Rs. 300 by cash at any of the regional councils/ chapters

you will get exempted from foundation papers. you also dont have to give CC papers for the same which is reqd in case of non commerce graduates...
i dont think yu qualify for exemptions from any of the executive papers, they r granted only to MBA's and ICWA's
ashima do not more think forget any hesitation and get registration in cs executive programme.
ur graduation marksheet and 7000.00 rs. demand draft is mandatory for registration purpose in F/O the institute of company secretaries of india , payble at new delhi .
