Could not upload dsc in mca site

Dear All

 

I am trying to update the DSC in the MCA Site using  Associate DSC.  I have Java as per system requirment.  

I could not select the digital certificate as java is not running.  Please advise

clear your browsing history.. and use explorer instead of chrome or mozilla
