Have any of you tried to know the TAN No. by going to the incometaxindia.gov.in site.
I could not get connected.
Any alternative.........pl. suggest.

I think some problem in website. incase you applied new TAN number it can be know through PAN/TAN application in www.tin.nsdl.com
waite for 24 hours still if you not receive
check in spam, see that you gave correct EMAIL ID.
Register again....give a correct email id ..............
Go to incometaxindia.gov.in>TAN>know your TAN > click on this .
