If a Company has entered into a contract with another company for 500 times u/s 297 of the companies Act then in that case whether the particulars of 500 contracts to be entered in the register of contracts U/S 301 or we can have exemption as we have u/s 299 of the companies for disclosure of interest for a couple of contracts in which directors are interested by giving a general notice for the whole financial year.?

there is no such exemption under section 297. particulars of all contracts have to be entered seperately.
