Please suggest whether incorporation of pvt. Ltd company to takeover sole proprietor's business required any other process or we just have to follow process of incorporating fresh pvt. Ltd???
We have applied for Incorporation of Pvt ltd company with one of the object as " To take over prop. concern namly.......
MCA has raised query that "Legal status , Tax Liability and other liabilities are unascertainable w.r.t. Prop. concern under consideration hence plz file URC-1 or approach NCLT"
In Spice Form We have attached our secured creditor consent letter , ITR , Bs and PL of Prop. concern and NOC of Proprietor.
