Conversion of partnership firm into llp

Name of the LLP shall not be
1) Identical with the name of the existing LLP/Firm/Body Corporate
2) Undesirable in opinion of Central Government
3) Prohibited under the Emblems and names prevention of improper use act
4) Identical or similar with registered or pending trademark under the trade mark act.

In this case it's not possible to continue with the same name since its already registered for trademark.

So you have to suggest other name which is not identical with other entities or trademark.
