Initailly my client wanted to start its new business in the name of PVT co. and it is incorporated in the month of April 2018. Now he wants to convert the said PVT CO. into an LLP so that he can avail benefit of taxation and less statutory compliance's as compared to that required for in companies. Now at the time of filling Form 18 it is mandatory to attach Latest Income Tax Return. Now in my case it is not possible to submit income tax return as the year is not completed.
