Conversion of llp into multi- state corporative society

Mr. Ranganadh Prasadh, you want to convert into Multi State cooperative society and not into Multi State cooperative society Act....!

and another thing is if you want to convert into Multi State cooperative society you have to comply with Multi State Cooperative Society Act but not with New companies act 2013...
