a pvt ltd co which has lastly filled annual returns and balance sheets with roc for ay 2004-2005 and now having dormant status wants to do all filings and re gain active status.It had 4 directors who came in right from its incorporation.
DINs of the above directors have not been communicated to roc.
During the defaulting years one new director has been appointed and three directors resigned on the same date.
no e form has ever been filled with mca.
i want to know the order in which the new e forms need to be filled with mca to gain active status.
what is the corresponding new e form to the old DIN 3
