You will be exempt from foundation if you are a graduate or final pass of ICAI.  No exemption for passing IPCC.

There are some other exemptions also for few subjects of executive level and to ICWA students.

so ryt now i am in sy.bcom so i have to wait one full year till i become a graduate so that i can get exemption from the foundation of c.s.
