pls help regarding composition withdrawal process and where to submit documents

once u opt for composition scheme you can withdrawal only after 1 year form the availment of such scheme

@ Manoj.,

Yes. You can opt out from Composition Scheme at any time. You can use the option "Opt out Composition". Also you can change after opening of amendment section and You ll be file CMP-04 form...

but suppose xyx had opted for composition scheme but realized that he was not eligible for the same , what is he supposed to do

Above said reply is "Opt OUT from Composition Scheme"...
Opt out means, Change from Composition to Regular scheme....!

sir opt composition scheme wrongly by my staff at time of registration client give data for regular only after month July we come to knw that he has granted certificate as composition scheme now what we do bcz client already issue invoice with charging gst seperatly as he

any penalties for wrongly opting for composition scheme. what about missed dates for July payments

@ Naveen,
No more penalties for opt composition if it's wrongly or Valundary. After opted system also take your GSTIN is composite. Your tax invoices can't support by the system...

@ Hitesh.,
No way for your problem before opening of Amendment section. After opening you can "Opt Out" from composition scheme... Between time you can maintain as Composition dealer...


One more advise, You ll contact and pass your query to your Circle officer He can help you.
Go to immediately. He ll be defenietly help....
