sir my client had sold goods to composition tax payer. After some days composition tax payer person return goods to my client by laying gst tax amount.
I want to know that did composition tax payer I lay tax to regular tax payer.

No the composit dealer cannot show GST in his bill
Yes. Mr Panjak is correct. Composition dealer cant collect GST from his customers.
Tell the seller to raise credit note .

No problem in this transaction. The Seller (Your Client) can prepare Credit Note and Show the details in his GSTR 1 return and GSTR 3B return (less the value).
