Composition scheme under gst
Under GST can a dealer purchase goods outside state who is registered under composition scheme of GST.

Yes, A taxable person registered under Compostion scheme can purchase from outside the state. Only Inter-state supply is not allowed.
However as on the appointed date ie July 1, he must not be in possession of goods bought from outside the state.
however the person under composition scheme would not supply goods interstate
if inter state purchases included in our closing stock as on 30/06/2017 then ?????????
