composition scheme for service providers
Are all service providers having a turnover of less than 50 lakhs eligible for composition scheme? or is there any exception to it?

those registered person who are supplying their products or services through e-commerce operators are not elligible for this.... please confirm with others also..
i sepcifically want to know the case of cable operators.. if they are eligible for composition scheme. as they fall under section 24 and are liable for compulsory registration..
Current position :- Only Manufacturers of goods, Dealers, and Restaurants (not serving alcohol) can opt for composition scheme.
as per 32nd meeting of GST Council
6 per cent GST rate applicable to the Composition scheme for service providers and turnover up to 50 lakh per annum
(Above amendments shall be applied after the official government notification)
A Composition dealer ( service provider) can collect this 6% from his clients or should he pay from his own pocket ? Can interstate billing is possible for him. Can LUT billing is allowable for him under this scheme. ? Pls clarify..
