I have otp composition scheme in July 17 my sale July to mar was 73 lac but now the ao send notice for otp out says in fy 16_17 turnover was above 1 crore how to reply

In previous year 16-17, your turnover exceeded 1 crore. But how did you opt for composition scheme when turnover exceeded??
