i have a registration in gst normal... can i go into composition scheme now. My rrgistration is 3 month old

No, composition scheme window is closed. You can opt in for the same next year from April...
No, You have to wait till March 2019 to apply for composition so that from Apr 2019 you will cover in components scheme

since your turnover is below threshold limit of 20 lakhs. your registration is not compulsory for intra state supply. you can cancel the registration
but i want gst number bcz some customer want authorize bill.. thats why i want to go in composition scheme
so finally i want to know if i cancel my regular gst number then we got the composite gst number easily or some other formalities or conditions will apply

my suggestion to you is file monthly returns till march 2019 in order to avoid unnecessary cancellation and new registration process.
You can't cancel the registration if taken on voluntary basis till one year from date of registration.

Yes, cancelling gst registration possible but all the returns has to be filed till the date of cancellation.
