Composition Scheme
If a Person who was Registered under earlier law has Closing Stock which was purchased from Outside the State on 30/06/2017. Can That Person Opt for the Composition Scheme?

Purchase can be deemed to be from unregistered party.. As nothing specifically written in the law... U can enjoy the lapse
yes he can opt for composition as gst act says you can buy from out side state and whereas vat act is not applicable on gst act
now onwards you can not sale out of state if opt for composition
