composition dealer invoice format

Bill  of  Supply  format  of compositoin  dealer .

you must  metion composition taxable person  not eligible to collect  the tax  on the  billl of  supply 

1) Name & address  and GSTN no of  supplier 

2) Bill of supply sr .no

3) Date  of  issue 

4) Name & address ,Shipping, Billing , GSTN no of buyer 

5) HSN code of goods / servies 

6) Discripttion of the goods /service

7) Value  of the goods after  discount / abatement 

8) signature & seal of the supplier .

  you must mention  composition taxable person on the notice or sign board  displayed at prominent place at his business . please confirm  this  with GST office .
