Hi All

I uploaded Form 1 for Private Ltd Company incorporation. After 15-20 days status of my company showing on MCA website

is "Required Re-submission". I clicked on that status then it's showing

"Notarized affidavits on stamp paper of rs.10/- for non acceptance of deposit of induvitually of the Ist directors are not attached.resubmit correct. Form should be resubmitted by 25/09/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)".

Is there is any format for the aforesaid affidavit? if yes then please mail me at theankitsharma @ gmail.com.

Dear Sir,

Please explain this as mention below...which is held during NOC attached for change in promoter in Private company in form 1.

The original applicant Mr.Praveen Jain has get name approval of proposed name of the company now he has not promoter, he is being director of the proposed company, therefore, the proposed company is requested to applied name availability of existing promoters(NOC is not sufficient).

kindly help as soon as possible.
