Please explain this as mention below...which is held during NOC attached for change in promoter in Private company in form 1.

The original applicant Mr.Praveen Jain has get name approval of proposed name of the company now he has not promoter, he is being director of the proposed company, therefore, the proposed company is requested to applied name availability of existing promoters(NOC is not sufficient).
