We have filed SPICe for a new company formation. The form has come back for resubmission. Along-with other comments, there is one comment which says - 'Proposed Name is general. Please change name to avoid chance of resubmission.' Now I have below options:
a) File INC 1, reserve name and then go ahead and file SPICe. Will the revised SPICe accepted this way?
b) Ignore this comment, rectify other defects and file again. What are the chances that it will come back again for name change?
