Company act 2013

When the new act has not been fully notified by the Government, then where is the question of the same notified by the Institute. Yes, when few sections of the act got notified many experts believed that the act will come into full force within a reasonable short period of time, but the way things stand today there is concern and skepticism whether the same will get notified by March end., which was originally viewed to have been done by December 2013. So have patience and do not blame the Institute for things which are not under its control. I do empathise with students feelings but until then you need to bear with the way how system works.

Company's Act 2013 is applicable in November, 2014 for CA final examination???
