Companies act 2013
Hello everyone,
I want to know whether i need to learn all the definitions given under section 2 (clause 1-95)of companies act 2013 for nov 2014 ipcc exam.
I read somewhere that definitions shall not be asked but i'm not able to recall where i read it. Is it really so ?? Can anyone help ??

There is no need to learn the definitions verbatim. You should understand what the sections say and remember the Sections for important terms. That would suffice.
