Pls give more prefer to Institute than country.. For your country question I think UK is better. I am not study there. My freind studied there.
May be you should try at IPFC, Kolkata. This is best institute for cma according to my personal view....

Better to do it in icwa instititue in infia-i m also icwa final student
Better to do icwa instititute in india and join oral study center provide by institute.
If u want to continue with practice after completing cma than think again....
Bcoz the scope of praticing in india will not much more after company bill 2013

Agree ICWA should be better option.
