A company, lets say X was incorporated in the year 1993 at ROC Coimbatore, loan was availed by the company from a bank in 1999 and the same was registered in ROC vide Form 8. In the year 2000, the company was trasnferred to ROC Chennai. On completion of the trasnfer, the company was issued a new CIN and the transfer date was made as date of incorporation in ROC Chennai. The charge created was also carried forawrd in ROC Chennai. Now the company has closed the bank loan. While filing CHG4, we are getting a error message as "Kindly enter a date of charge creation which is equal to the date of incorporation of the company". Kindly help

the company has to give a letter to ROC , Chennai regarding the "Shifting of Registered office within state but not within city" , the ROC Chennai has mentioned the date of transfer as date of incorporation .. so the Company first has to give a letter to ROC Chennai mentioning for change of incorporation date as original date of incorporation.. if the ROC hasnt responded within prescribed time limit , the Company can file a petition with NCLT applicable bench ..
