The hotel industry room rents are very dynamic and depending on market demand and supply. in this situation the room rates charged by hotels changes on daily basis. e.g. the room charged at Rs. 10000/- one day may be charged at Rs.5000/- on some other day. in this case can we charge 28% on Rs. 10000/- and 18% on Rs.5000/-. pl.clarify.
