whose address of CIT(TDS) to be mentioned whether of Deductor or Deductee?

The deductor shall furnish the address CIT(TDS) having jurisdiction as regards TDS Statements of the Assessee.
i.e deductor CIT (TDS ) address will be posted in which this return related.
