Download the new study material from ICAI website. You will get all the amendments with comparison between the old and the new one.

As per the ICAI website:

"As students are aware that the syllabus of Corporate and Allied Laws has been revised in terms of the decision of the Council taken at its 333rd meeting held in May, 2014 and relevant new sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations."

Which are the new sections of Companies act 2013 applicable for CA final may 15 other than those which are applicable to nov. 14

Dear sir, I am a student of CA FINAL. My Final attempt's due is in May - 2016 and I am not yet registered with ICAI For CA Final. Sir, i want to make myself clear about the new scheme of ICAI. As per old rule i can give my final attempt in may -2016, will it be same as per new notification or i will be eligible for my final attempt in nov 2016 i.e.after completiob of my articleship and the subject changes will also.apply in may-2016????
