I have forgotten the registered ID to login Online to see my Incometax account. Say using incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in . Also need to change my address in PAN number and phone number. How do I do that as am an NRI.

Just try to recall secret question and it's answer entered the time of registration at income tax website.
if you will able to recall, then you can gain access to your account.
