Change of name withdrawal

A private company has filed MGT-14 for change of name which is approved on the MCA portal. Form INC-24 is also filed which is marked for resubmission. The Company now does not wish to go for change of name. So, they are not resubmitting INC-24. But since MGT-14 is already filed what will be the procedure to discontinue the process of name change?
