can we change all directors (ALSO APPLICANT DIRECTOR), all subscribers after approval of name, in spice INC-32 by gving any declaration or affidavit?

yes but before that need to take noc from the proposed directors that they don't want to be appointed as the director of the propose co nd that they have any objection to appoint other director
