We are in Hosiery business.
Due to competition in business, we are changing the name of some items while we are selling it.
Example : If we purchase a vest (ganjee) of - item number 5400.
We have sell it by name, viz. "Sporting 5400"
&
maintains our stock statement accordingly. But HSN code is same.
Now I want to know does it create any problem as per GST act ?
