Can anyone tell me if there is a change in our syllabus as a whole for PCC in the November 2010 attempt.

No changes as far as I know. But there may be tax amendment changes which you hv to download frm icai website and for changes in Law you hv to refer announcements given in recent CA Student Journal issue.
hi as far as i know no change but be thorough with the ammendments in SA and Guidance Notes especially in Auditing & Assurance. Read Students Journal for Company Law Ammendments! All the best.
