The taxability in case of Capital gains has to be revised to help middle class and lower middle class people. A person may be selling his property for his immediate requirement of money ( for marriage or to settle dues). It is not wise on the part of the Govt to tax him for a benefit which he may not enjoy in reality. The present system of taxing is even more burdening for the common man. It wud be gud if this issue is raised !!!!
